Donny and the Walkers were invited for a special Silky’s Valentine’s Dance. Silky Sullivan’s hosted a delicious Valentine’s dinner special and promptly sold out of the prime rib. On entering, the hostess told us they were completely booked. Donny, Sunny, and the guests were sounding great and having fun with the sold-out crowd. With Greg and Grant’s exceptional duet (perhaps I’m biased) of My Girl, Judi and Scott have now stepped up and are raising the bar on the two baritones! I love it! Donny and the Walkers performed at Silky Sullivan’s Restaurant and Irish Pub to celebrate Mike Reed’s 70th Birthday. With considerable help from Scott Jensen, they got the squealers out of the audio system and the band began to play. The complete band and guest vocalists were present. Sunny was back and sounded great, Grant and Greg teamed up to do “My Girl”, breaking new ground there guys! Judi got her boots on with “These Boots Were Made for Walkin'”.
